基于圆渐开线涡旋膨胀机几何模型的研究Investigation on the Geometrical Model of Scroll Expander Based on Circle Involute

摘要(Abstract):
以圆渐开线等截面涡旋型线为基础,对涡旋膨胀机的几何模型进行了探讨。从圆渐开线几何学出发,对涡旋齿齿头修正进行了论述,并以双圆弧加直线修正为例,用解析法得到修正后齿头面积变化。通过积分法对涡旋膨胀机各腔容积进行了模拟计算,得出工作腔容积以及容积变化率随主轴转角的变化规律。将修正与未修正型线构成的涡旋膨胀机吸气腔容积做对比分析,得出齿头的修正对工作腔容积的影响较小,但其刚度明显增大。最后,对涡旋膨胀机的泄漏进行了分析并计算出径向泄漏线长度,为涡旋膨胀机的热力学研究奠定了良好的基础。
The geometrical model for the constant thickness scroll expander based on the circle involute is presented. The modification of scroll profile based on the geometry of the circle involute is discussed. The analytical method is used to calculate the area change of scroll wrap for EA-SAL. The volume and derivative volume of the working chambers with respect to the crank angle are gotten by integral method. The modification of the scroll wrap has little effect on the suction volume but the profile stiffness obviously increases compared with the volume of the suction chamber for modification profile and no modification profile. Finally,the lengths of radial leakage lines are analysed and calculated,the results supply foundation for thermodynamic research of scroll ex1 pander.
