金属平面密封的密封特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

针对影响金属平面气密封性能的因素进行探究,设计了金属平面气密封性能试验装置,探究了表面粗糙度和密封脂黏度对金属平面气密封性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着金属粗糙度降低,金属平面气密封能力逐渐增强,且金属粗糙度越低,降低同样的粗糙度金属密封效果提升的越少。涂抹密封脂对金属平面气密封性能提升显著,相似黏度为872 Pa·s的润滑脂密封效果略优于相似黏度为235 Pa·s黄油的密封效果。研究结果对于金属平面气密封金属粗糙度的选择和密封脂的选取具有一定的参考价值。
The factors that affect the air sealing performance of the metal plane were explored,an experimental device for the air sealing performance of the metal plane was designed,and the law of the influence of surface roughness and sealing grease viscosity on the air sealing performance of the metal plane was explored.The results show that as the metal roughness decreases,the air-sealing ability of the metal plane gradually increases,and the lower the metal roughness,the less the metal sealing effect is improved by reducing the same roughness.The application of sealing grease significantly improves the air sealing performance of the metal plane.The sealing effect of grease with a similar viscosity of 872 Pa·s is slightly better than that of grease with a similar viscosity of 235 Pa·s.The research results have certain reference value for the selection of metal roughness and sealing grease of metal plane air seal.
