不同回路结构表冷器的变工况性能分析Analysis on The Performance of Fin-tube Heat Exchanger with Different Structures in Variable Conditions

摘要(Abstract):
建立了空调箱中表冷器的模型,与试验结果对比验证模型的正确性。利用所建立的模型,研究进风量、水流量和进风干球温度对不同回路结构空调箱表冷器的传热和流动性能的影响。结果表明,进风干球温度增大时,半回路表冷器制冷量增长幅度最大,双回路表冷器显冷量增长率最高;水流量增加时,半回路表冷器水侧阻力显著高于其他回路结构表冷器,双回路表冷器制冷量和空气侧阻力增长率最高;不同回路结构表冷器制冷量的差异随进风量的增大趋于明显。全回路表冷器各项性能参数均介于半回路表冷器和双回路表冷器之间。
The theoretical model of the fin-tube heat exchanger is established based on the method of lumped parameters.The results show that,as increasing of inlet air dry-bulb temperature,the increase of cooling capacity in half loop fin-tube heat exchanger is the largest.The maximum growth rate of sensible heat capacity is in the double loop fin-tube heat exchanger.When water volume increases,water side resistance of the half loop fin-tube heat exchanger is significantly higher than that of the other circuit structures.The maximum growth rates of cooling capacity and airside pressure drop are in the double loop fin-tube heat exchanger.As increasing of air volume,difference of cooling capacity in the fin-tube heat exchanger with different circuit structures become obvious.The performance parameters of the flow loop fin-tube heat exchanger are between that of other water flow structures.
