动网格在涡旋压缩机三维流场数值模拟中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

基于局部弹性变形与网格重划的CFD动网格技术,对涡旋空气压缩机动态内流场进行了数值模拟。该模拟以理想气体为工作介质,满足流体控制方程及气体状态方程,湍流模型采用RNG k-ε模型,用壁面函数法描述近壁区流动。数值计算的结果表明,涡旋压缩机内部流场随时间周期变化,涡旋压缩机内存在旋涡生成、运动等现象。该计算非常形象地揭示了涡旋压缩机内部流动规律,为涡旋压缩机的优化设计提供了理论参考。
The numerical simulation to the transient flow field of the scroll compressor is performed by local deformation coupled with remeshing in CFD dynamicmesh technique. In the simulation,air is treated as a compressible ideal gas,and follows the flow governing equations as well as the equation of gas state. The RNG k- ε model is used for turbulent model. The time-periodic flow field of the scroll compressor is analyzed. The generation,motion and size change of the vortices inside the scroll compressor could be visualized from the simulation. Flow near wall is described by wall function method. The flow loss is effected obviously by the opening and closing of the vent hole. The simulation calculation very vividly revealed the scroll compressor internal law and provides the theoretical basis for the optimal design of the scroll compressor.
