一种脉动热管相变蓄放热试验装置的设计Design of Pulsating Heat Pipe Type Phase Change Thermal Storage Experimental Device

摘要(Abstract):
介绍了脉动热管相变蓄放热装置的设计过程,确定了其具体形式、脉动热管走势、管径、壁厚、弯头数、工作介质等。通过遴选确定Ba(OH)_2·8H_2O作为相变蓄热材料。对比常规热管进行蓄放热试验,验证在蓄热过程中脉动热管节省了蓄热时间,优化了传热均匀性,但在放热过程中没有优势。
The pulsating heat pipe phase change thermal storage device was designed. The specific forms,the pulsating heat pipe,the pipe diameter,the wall thickness,the number of the elbow,the working medium and so on are determined. Ba(OH)_2·8H_2O as phase change thermal storage material by selection. Compared with the conventional heat pipe,the heat storage experiment was conducted to verify that the heat storage time was saved,and the heat transfer uniformity was optimized. There is no advantage in the process of heat release.
