高速动车组制动系统用中继阀性能仿真研究

摘要(Abstract):

基于AMESim仿真软件与中继阀的物理结构特点,提出了锥形体积等效方法,使膜板变形体积在建模过程中得到充分考虑。通过建立详细仿真分析模型,对中继阀的动态特性及关键参数影响进行了系统研究,仿真计算结果表明,仿真模型预测值与试验数据能较好地吻合,充分验证了模型的有效性,对产品结构优化有重要指导意义。
Based on AMESim simulation software and structure of relay valve,an effective method which can solve the conical volume change of member is firstly developed.To research the dynamic performance and important parameters of relay valve,a detailed simulation model is built.The simulation results show that the predictions are in good agreement with the data of experimentation with real situation,and the AMESim model contributes to the new design and optimize of relay valve.
