氨水精馏效果及其对氨水吸收式系统性能影响的试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

精馏是氨水吸收式系统中的重要环节,文中分析了精馏对氨水吸收式系统的影响,并在此基础上对影响精馏的几个重要因素进行了试验研究。结果表明:回流比越大、塔板开孔率越小,及溢流堰越高时,精馏效果越好;液气比的大小存在一个最佳值,对应于此最佳值时,精馏效果最好。文中在试验的基础上分析了精馏塔中两个不同的部分:精馏段和提馏段分别对系统COP和精馏效果的影响。
Rectification is an essential process in the ammonia-water absorption system.Detailed analysis of rectification influence was given.Experiments of some parameter influence on rectification were executed.The result showed that larger reflux ratio,lower hole rate,and higher overflow weir would result in better rectification.While to the liquid-gas ratio,there was a optimum value.And at the optimum value,the rectification is best.The influence of rectifying and stripping section has been studied based on experiments.Results showed that rectifying section influenced the rectification more,and stripping section influence the system performance more.
