离心泵面向实例的虚拟设计方法探讨

摘要(Abstract):

通过对泵行业的技术研究状况和计算机技术发展的分析,指出面向实例的离心泵虚拟设计是离心泵产品设计的发展方向。提出了面向实例的离心泵虚拟设计系统框架,针对如何开展离心泵的虚拟设计,认为应解决离心泵实例知识数据库、离心泵实例知识查询、离心泵流体动力学仿真三个主要技术问题,并介绍一些设计思路,对离心泵设计方法的研究具有指导意义。
By analyzing the status of technology research to pump industry and the developing of computer technology,author points out that the fictitious design of centrifugal pump face to actual cases is the direction for the design method of centrifugal pump.With the framework programme for the fictitious design of centrifugal pump face to actual cases is given,for how to do the fictitious design of centrifugal pump,author introduces some views for design.it should solve three technology programmes that is the building and the check of knowledge data base of actual cases in designing centrifugal pump and the simulation for Hydrodynamic analogy.The work of this paper provides guidance for the research of the design method of centrifugal pump.
