核电站非能动堆腔注水系统减压阀研发及运用

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了非能动堆腔注水系统(RPG)的功能及减压阀的技术要求,重点描述了RPG003VZ减压阀的研发过程,就设计关键点及难点进行了分析,同时结合阀门的功能要求,依使用条件完成了模拟工况性能试验验证,该产品已成功用于核电站现场。通过对此项工作的总结,为该类减压阀后续制造厂的自主设计及技术研发提供思路。
For the function of the RPG system and the technical requirements of pressure reducing valve,the development process of the pressure reducing valve (RPG003VZ) was described in detail,the key points and difficulties of the design were analyzed,meanwhile in combination with the functional requirements of the valve,the verification of performance test simulating the operating conditions was completed according to the service condition.This product has been successfully used in nuclear power plant. Through the summary of this work,it provides ideas for subsequent independent design and development of the manufacturers of this type of pressure reducing valve.
