摘要(Abstract):

冷藏运输装备技术研究与发展水平滞后,已成为我国易腐食品流通腐损率居高不下的重要因素,加快开展冷藏运输装备技术的研究,有利于这一问题的解决。本文通过对冷藏运输装备的厢体隔热材料与制造工艺、制冷系统、厢内气流组织与温变特性、空气调节、厢体热工性能、能耗等国内外研究现状综述。指出了未来易腐食品冷藏运输装备技术的重点研究发展方向。
Research and development level lag in refrigerated transport equipment technology,led to high loss rate of perishable food in china,carry out refrigerated transport equipment technology research in favor of solving the problem. It was summarized of envelope insulation materials and manufacturing processes,refrigeration systems,air distribution and temperature variation characteristics in compartment,controlled atmosphere,envelope thermal performance,energy consumption of refrigerated transport equipment reviews domestic and overseas. Points out that future focused research development direction of refrigerated transport equipment technology for perishable foods.
