氢气压缩机阀片断裂的原因分析及解决措施

摘要(Abstract):

通过对柴油加氢装置的氢气压缩机阀片断口的分析 ,找出了引起阀片断裂的原因。并采取了降低氢气中的重组份成份 ;增加分液罐脱液频次 ;适当减少压缩机缸体冷却水量等措施 ,使压缩机连续运转时间由原来半个月延长至目前的一年以上
The major reasons of cracking on valve plate due to fatigue was analyzed.Some methods which are decreasing the heavy compose of the hydrogen gas,increasing knockout pot molting fluid frequency, relevance decreasing the cylinder body cooling water of compressor were used. The compressor is operateel regularly,which continuous operation hour from originally half month to one year.
