集中供热用非对称板式换热器压力与换热特性研究

摘要(Abstract):

以具有大小正弦波波纹的非对称板式换热器为研究对象,理论解析了对换热效果具有重要影响的非对称因子a的参数化设计;数值模拟了冷热流量比为2:1条件下,6种非对称因子a的板式换热器的流动传热性能。研究结果表明,随着非对称因子a的增大,热流体侧平均换热系数增大,相反冷侧减小,总换热系数未产生明显差异;非对称板改变了两侧流道的压降分布,相比于对称式,其热侧流道压降上升,而冷侧流道压降则明显减小;综合分析表明,在不等流量工况下,非对称板式换热器在保证总体换热性能的情况下,冷侧降阻明显,其综合性能明显优于对称式板换,可提高6.6%~28.7%。在所选取的不同非对称结构中,非对称因子a为2.50的板片对于集中供热工况表现的综合性能最佳。
By taking the asymmetric plate heat exchanger with large and small sinusoidal waves as the research object,the parametric design of asymmetric factor a,which has an important influence on the heat transfer effect,is theoretically analyzed;the flow and heat transfer performance of 6 types of plate heat exchangers with asymmetric factor a is numerically simulated under the condition of 2:1 ratio of cold to heat flow.The results indicate that with the increase of asymmetric factor a,the average heat transfer coefficient of the hot fluid side increases,while that of the cold side decreases,and there is no significant difference in the total heat transfer coefficient.The pressure drop distribution of the flow passage on both sides is changed by the asymmetric plate.Compared with the symmetrical plate,the pressure drop of the hot flow side increases,while the pressure drop of the cold flow side obviously decreases.Comprehensive analysis shows that at an unequal flow rate,an asymmetric plate heat exchanger reduces the cold-side drag noticeably under the condition of guaranteed overall heat exchange performance,and its combined performance is better than that of a symmetric one,which can be increased by 6.6%~28.7%.Further,the plate with an asymmetric factor a of 2.50 reaches its peak performance for central heating among the different asymmetric structures selected.
