大型电站水煤浆单螺杆泵性能及并列运行研究

摘要(Abstract):

大型电站锅炉单螺杆泵并列运行方式的确定,应该综合考虑能耗水平、磨损速度以及运行可靠性等几个因素。理论分析和试验数据说明,由于内部泄漏量的存在,较高出口压力的单螺杆泵并列数量越多,能耗越高,磨损越快。这一结果对同类型设备运行方式的确定具有一定借鉴意义。
The large-scale single screw rod pumps the parallel running way the determination,should synthesize the consideration energy consumption level.The attrition speed as well as the movement reliable and so on several factors.Both theoretical analysis and experiment data explain that,there exist in amounts's since the inside leaks,quantity both than high outlet pressure single screw rod pump is getting quicker as being that increasingly,energy consumption high,wears away much more.This one result is had to ascertaining that with type equipment operation way definitely using significance for reference.
