风机性能测试教学试验装置的开发与教学实践

摘要(Abstract):

风机性能测试试验是风机技术研究和生产的必要环节,同时也是高等学校化工过程流体机械课程的重要试验内容之一。开发了一套适应于本科教学实验的可移动式风机性能测试试验装置,集数据采集处理与控制为一体,能快速准确地测定各项参数并绘制性能曲线。系统精度测试结果表明,该系统在同一工况不同喷嘴组合的测试结果重复性误差0.59%,可靠性强,精度高,满足风机性能试验本科教学的要求。
Fan performance test is a necessary part of wind turbine technology research and production,and it is also one of the important experimental contents in the course of the university chemical process fluid machinery. A test device for the performance of portable fan used in undergraduate teaching experiment is developed,integration of data acquisition and control,and it can quickly and accurately determine the parameters and draw the performance curve. The system accuracy test results show that the system in the same operating conditions,the combination of different nozzle test results of the maximum error of 0. 59 %,reliability,high precision,to meet the requirements of the wind turbine perform.
