涡旋压缩机振动测试的试验研究Experimental Study on the Vibration Testing of Scroll Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
通过分析涡旋压缩机振动的产生原因,制定了振动测试的技术方案。建立了涡旋压缩机振动测试试验系统,详细介绍了其硬件系统和软件系统的组成,开展了涡旋压缩机表面振动信号测试试验研究,获得了不同振动信号采集点的时域信号波形和频域信号波形,对不同位置的振动特性进行了对比研究。研究结果表明,皮带连接传动轴位置振动最剧烈,而地脚螺栓位置和排气口位置的振动较小,不同位置的特征频率存在差异。这将为保证涡旋压缩机稳定运行提供技术参考。
A technical solution of vibration testing has been obtained according to analyzing the causes of vibration for a scroll compressor. An experimental system of vibration testing is established for the scroll compressor. The composition of hardware and software systems has been introduced in detail. Then the experimental study on scroll compressor surfacevibration has been realized to obtain the time-domain waveform and frequency domain waveform. The vibration characteristics of different positions were compared. The results showed that the vibration of the belt attachment is the most obvious,while that of the bolt position and the exhaust port is more inconspicuous. There is a visible difference for the characteristic frequency of different positions. These will provide a beneficial reference for the stable operation of the scroll compressor.
