摘要(Abstract):
在进行活塞式压缩机设计时 ,关于曲轴平衡块的设计计算大多采用试算法 ,计算量比较大。利用美国PTC公司的三维参数化制图软件Pro/Engineer强大的分析功能 ,结合现在压缩机设计中应用比较广泛的平衡块模型 ,探讨了曲轴平衡块优化设计的原则及其方法
The tentative calculational methods is used in the design of crank shaft balancer, the workload of which is very large. The powerful analysis function of the Pro/Engineer was used,which is a three-dimension drawing software designed by the PTC company of USA The normal model of compressor balancer in the designation of compressor was combined,the principle and means for the optimization design of crankshaft balancer were discussed.
