利用三维紊流数值模拟进行离心叶轮设计比较

摘要(Abstract):

通过设计工况和非设计工况下叶轮内三维紊流数值模拟 ,比较了两种离心叶轮中的内部流动。以时均的N S方程和标准k ε模型为基础 ,在贴体坐标系中运用SIMPLEC算法进行计算。计算得到了两种叶轮内的流速、压力场分布。预估了水力效率 ,并与效率试验值进行了比较。计算结果表明 ,三维扭曲叶片叶轮在流速场、压力场分布、能量性能等方面均优于圆柱叶片叶轮
The method of determining pump ,s design with three-dimensional turlent flow simulation through the impeller is investigated. Based on the Reynolds time-averaged navier-stokes equations and the standard k-ε model,the Simple algorithm with body-fitted coordination and staggering grid system is applied for the solution procedure of the discretized goverming equation. The code provides the distribution of velocity and pressure of two designs under several cases respectively, with which the effciency of the pump is estimated. The comparison is also make between the computational results and the experimental data. It is showed that caculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data and the three dimensional impeller performs well in several most important aspects.It is approved that it is viable to determine the design of centrifugal pump with turbulent flow simulation method.
