往复压缩机气量无级调节工况下吸气阀故障模拟与诊断

摘要(Abstract):

气阀是往复空压机上的易损部件,由于机组排气量调节要求需增加无级气量调节系统,进而改变了气阀的工作状态,使得气阀故障机理变得复杂化。通过建立往复压缩机工作循环的数学模型,利用软件模拟获得压缩机气量调节工况下动态压力曲线;改进数学模型、增加故障影响参数后,模拟了吸气阀的泄漏故障和弹簧刚度失效故障,得到了故障下的气缸压力数据;基于PCA方法进行了气阀故障状态的自动分类。
The air valve is an easily worn part on the reciprocating air compressor. It is required to add the stepless capacity control system due to the requirement of the compressor unit for regulation of the exhaust volume,thereby the working conditions of the valve were changed,making the fault mechanism of the valve become complicated. The mathematical model of the reciprocating compressor working cycle was established,and the dynamic pressure curve of the compressor under gas volume regulation condition was obtained by software simulation. The leakage fault and spring stiffness failure of the suction valve were simulated after the mathematical model was improved and the failure influencing parameters were added. The cylinder pressure data under the fault condition were obtained. The automatic classification of the valve fault states was carried out based on the PCA method.
