摘要(Abstract):
基于液体不可压缩性与泵阀运动的魏氏效应对液缸内液体连续流条件的影响及泵阀运动的动力特性,建立了自重球阀运动规律的微分方程。编制了自重球阀运动规律计算机仿真程序,结合该泵产品实例进行了数值仿真计算,进一步分析球阀滞后角对计量精度的影响,可为高精度计量泵自重球阀优化设计提供借鉴。
Based on the influence of liquid incompressibility,westphal's phenomenon of moving valve on the continuous flow condition of the liquid in the pump cylinder and the dynamic property of the pump valve.And a new dynamic differential equation used to describing the movement of automatic ball valve of metering pump is set up.A simulation program of the movement of automatic ball valve is compiled,and combining pump product example makes numerical emulation calculation.Further analysising the influence of ball valve's delay angle to metering precision.It offers high degree of accuracy metering pump ball valve's optimum design using for reference.
