HLD-40b高温空调混合制冷剂替代研究Research on New Refrigerant Mixtures as Replacement in HLD-40b High Temperature Air Condtioner

摘要(Abstract):
针对冶金等高温、高湿环境空气调节的需要,采用R22/R142b组成的非共沸混合制冷剂,对HLD-40b高温空调的R12进行工质替代,通过配比调试和实验研究得到如下结果:(1)标准工况的制冷量和能效比基本相当,T3工况空调制冷量和EER同比均增高10%,T3工况和60°C高温工况的制冷量相对标准空调工况衰减不足10%,对应的排气压力和排气温度均有一定幅度下降,空调的高温运行特性改善明显;(2)60°C高温运行工况的制冷量为4024W,排气压力和温度分别为2.2MPa和109°C,制冷系统高温运行的可靠性得到显著提高。研究表明:高、中温混合制冷剂的合理使用有利于改善空调制冷系统的高温运行性能和可靠性,拓宽其运行温度范围。
Aiming at the need of air conditioning in high humidity and high temperature environmental conditions,mixture of R22 and R142b is used to replace R12 in HLD-40b high temperature air-conditioner.All results have been verified by experiments.The refrigerating capacity and coefficient of performance(COP) of mixture are both basically equal with those of R12 under standard condition and 10.5% higher under T3 condition while the discharge pressure of mixture is 1.6MPa and discharge temperature only 90°C.From T3 condition to 60°C condition,the refrigerating capacity decreases less than 10%.The performance is obviously improved in high temperature conditions.The refrigerating capacity under 60°C condition is 4024W and the discharge pressure and temperature is 2.2MPa and 109°C respectively.The stability of the device improves a lot.The research shows that mixture of high and middle temperature refrigerants can improve the stability and be used in various conditions.
