蒸汽流道结构对清焦阀清焦性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

在蝶阀座密封面上采用高温高压蒸汽吹扫,以降低裂解气在阀座密封圈附近的浓度是解决大型控制阀产生焦化问题的主要技术途径。为探究蒸汽流道结构对清焦蝶阀清焦性能的影响,对不同方案蒸汽流道结构的清焦阀进行多组分裂解气和饱和蒸汽的流场数值模拟。以阀座密封圈周围裂解气和饱和蒸汽的体积分数及分布情况为判定依据,探究蒸汽流道的两种进气形式、进气管的角度、进气管数对蝶阀清焦性能的影响。研究结果表明:缝隙进气形式的清焦性能优于小孔形式。进气管的角度对清焦性能的影响较为明显,切向进气优于径向进气。进气管数对径向进气阀门的清焦性能影响较大,而对于切向进气阀门的影响较小。综合对比分析所有方案,并结合实际制造工艺,最终确定缝隙进气形式、切向进气方式、8根进气管为最优方案,能有效减缓裂解气控制阀产生焦化的问题,为此类阀门的设计提供了依据。
Purging sealing surface of butterfly valve seat by using high temperature and high pressure steam to reduce the concentration of pyrolysis gas near the seal ring of valve seat is the main technical way to solve the coking problem of large control valve.In order to explore the influence of the steam passage structure on the decoking performance of the decoking butterfly valve,the numerical simulation of the flow field of multicomponent pyrolysis gas and saturated steam was carried out for the decoking valve for different schemes.Based on the volume fraction and distribution of pyrolysis gas and saturated steam around the seat seal ring,the influence of two intake forms of steam flow passage,intake pipe angle and intake pipe number on the decoking performance of butterfly valve was investigated.The results show that the decoking performance of the slit intake form is better than that of the hole form.The angle of the intake pipe has an obvious effect on the decoking performance.The tangential intake is better than the radial intake.The number of intake pipes has great influence on the decoking performance of radial intake valve,but has little influence on tangential intake valve.By comprehensive analysis of all schemes and in combination with the actual manufacturing process,finally,the optimal scheme was determined as slit intake form,tangential intake and 8 intake pipes,which can effectively slow down the coking problem of pyrolysis gas control valves and provide a basis for the design of such valves.
