内翅式套管相变蓄热器蓄热特性的模拟研究

摘要(Abstract):

翅片的添加可以有效改善相变蓄热速率低的问题,研究翅片结构参数对蓄热器强化蓄热的影响具有重要意义。该文采用FLUENT软件对内翅式套管相变蓄热器蓄热特性进行模拟研究,考虑自然对流作用下,探讨了蓄热器内翅片个数,翅片高度,翅片厚度等因素对石蜡蓄热过程的影响。研究表明:自然对流在内翅式套管相变蓄热器蓄热过程中发挥重要作用;翅片的添加提高了换热效率,翅片个数,高度和厚度的增加都能起到强化换热的效果,但强化换热效率均会渐趋平缓,翅片高度增加的效果最理想。
The addition of fins can effectively improve the low rate of phase change heat storage.It is of great significance to study the influence of fin structure parameters on the enhanced heat storage of the regenerator. In this paper,FLUENT software was used to simulate the heat storage characteristics of the internal fin type phase change regenerator. Considering the effect of natural convection,the influences of the number,height and thickness of fins on the heat storage process of paraffin were discussed. The results show that the natural convection plays an important role in the heat storage process of the internal fin type phase change regenerator;the addition of fins improves the heat exchange efficiency,and increase in number,height and thickness of fins can enhance the heat exchange effect,but the enhanced heat exchange efficiency will gradually become flat,and the effect of increased height of fins is the best.
