煅烧温度和时间对稻壳灰助滤剂助滤性能的影响研究

摘要(Abstract):

考察了煅烧温度和时间对制备稻壳灰助滤剂助滤性能的影响。通过改变煅烧温度和时间,得到不同性能的稻壳灰助滤剂。在过滤试验台上分别测定各种稻壳灰助滤剂的过滤压差曲线以及滤后水质指标。试验结果表明煅烧温度为500~600℃,煅烧时间为30~45min时,稻壳灰的助滤性能比较满意。
The filtration performance of rice husk ash produced was studied under different burning temperature and time.Varying the burning time and temperature,we can get different types of rice husk ash.The filtration performance curves and water quality of different types of rice husk ash were mesured.Experimental results demonstrate that the best burning temperature is 500 ~ 600 ℃,and the best burning time is 30 ~ 45min.
