用于大型服务器CPU冷却的散热器性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

通过试验和数值模拟对不同形式的热管散热器散热冷却特性进行了分析比较,主要包括散热器底板下表面的温度场分布、热管的设置方式、当量对流换热系数、压降等几方面对散热器性能的影响。为了验证数值模拟结果的正确性,与红外热像仪测取的热像进行了对比。研究表明散热器底板内热管的排列方式是影响散热器散热性能的主要因素之一,并且热管沿横向排列更有利于散热。
Through the experimental study and numerical simulation on cooling characteristics of different forms of heat pipe radiator are analyzed and compared,mainly comprises a radiator plate bottom surface temperature distribution,heat pipe arrangement direction,equivalent convection heat transfer coefficient,pressure drop and so on,on the performation of a heat sink effect.In order to validate the result of numerical simulation is correct,compared with the thermal infrared imager measured image.Research shows that the heat pipe radiator plate arrangement is one of the main factors to affecting the radiator performance,and heat pipes arranged along the horizontal is more conducive to heat.
