基于正交的二次分离旋流器结构优选数值分析

摘要(Abstract):

一体化二次分离旋流器是在单体旋流器内部进行二次分离的一种新型旋流器。利用正交法,基于计算流体动力学软件,分别对一级溢流管长度、圆柱段长度、二级溢流管伸入长度、二级锥段角度、底流管长度等结构进行优选。设置油相体积分数为2%、油滴粒径为30μm的混合液作为研究介质。首先采用单一指标的方法找出分离效果最优的结构,然后将优选后的结构与初始结构进行了对比验证。此方法可为水力旋流器的结构参数优选提供参考。
Integrated secondary separate hydrocyclone is inside the monomer Hydrocyclone getting on the secondary separator of a new hydrocyclone. Based on the orthogonal method respectively an overflow pipe length,cylindrical segment length,two overflow pipe extending into length,two cone angle,the end of the flow tube length's structure is optimizing. Set the oil phase volume fraction of 2%,a mixture of oil droplets diameter of 30μm as a research medium And adopting a single indicator method finding the optimal structure of separation. Structure of the optimized compared to the initial structure. This method can provide a reference for the structural parameters preferably of the hydrocyclone.
