基于活塞杆沉降位移信号的活塞杆断裂故障诊断方法的研究

摘要(Abstract):

往复压缩机活塞杆断裂故障是往复压缩机一类严重的故障,本文在Griffith提出的裂纹扩展的能量平衡准则的基础上,对活塞杆断裂故障机理进行了分析,得出活塞杆断裂故障发生时活塞杆振动幅值会增大;同时通过对往复压缩机活塞杆沉降位移信号进行小波降噪,滤除信号中噪声信号,并计算处理后的信号的峰峰值。最后通过观察几个活塞杆断裂故障案例,说明了活塞杆断裂故障发生时活塞杆振动幅值确实会增大,可以将小波降噪后的沉降位移信号的峰峰值作为活塞杆断裂故障的报警或诊断的特征参数。
Piston rod fracture fault of reciprocating compressor is a kind of serious fault. Based on Griffith criterion, the mechanism of piston rod fracture is analyzed, and it is figured out that the vibration amplitude of piston rod will increase when piston rod fracture occurs. Meanwhile, piston rod displacement signal is de-noised with wavelet, and the de-noised signal is used to calculate peak-peak value. At last, with several cases of piston rod fracture fault, it is proved that that the vibration amplitude of piston rod indeed increases when piston rod fracture occurs, so that the peak-peak value could be taken as features to alarm or diagnose piston rod fracture fault.
