离心泵流动噪声与其水力学参数关系的实验研究Experimental Research on the Relationship between the Flow-induced Noise and the Hyaraulic Parameters in Centrifugal Pump

摘要(Abstract):
应用基于四端网络的流动噪声测量方法,在专用的实验系统上,对离心泵流动噪声与其水力学参数的关系进行实验研究。实验结果表明:离心泵泵轴转速是影响离心泵流动噪声的最主要因素,它们之间总体上呈线性对应关系;离心泵出口压力对其流动噪声具有一定的影响,在标准工况处声压级最低。本文最后对流动噪声的成因进行了一定的分析,提出了原则性的噪声控制方法。
The pressure in discharge port and the rotation speed of the shaft are both the main hydraulic parameters of the centrifugal pump.The experimental research of the relationship between the flow-induced noise and the hydraulic parameters was carried out by the flow-induced measurement method based on the two-port model. The experimental results express that the rotation velocity of the pump shaft is the main reason of the flow-induced noise,their relation is linear generally; the discharge pressure give the effect on the flow-induced noise and it get to the lowest sound level at the standard state point.The mechanism of the flow-induced noise was generally analysed and the noise control methods were also referred.
