R32与R410A在滚动转子式压缩机中变工况仿真研究Simulation of R32 and R410A under Variable Conditions in Rolling Rotor Compressor

摘要(Abstract):
以滚动转子式压缩机为研究对象,建立稳态下压缩机的热力学仿真模型,并通过实测数据进行验证。进而通过改变制冷剂吸气过热度、液体过冷度以及吸排气压力比,来研究制冷剂R32与R410A在变工况情况下对压缩机输入电功率、制冷量以及性能系数COP造成的影响。研究结果表明:当仅增加吸气过热度时,R32与R410A的输入电功率呈下降趋势,由于蒸发器进出口焓差增幅小于质量输气量降低幅度,制冷量也呈下降趋势,R32的COP也有所下降,但R410A的COP先上升后下降,存在最佳吸气过热度4.2 ℃;当仅增加液体过冷度时,对输入电功率无明显影响,R32与R410A的制冷量与COP均上升,但R410A的变化幅度比R32大15.9 %、30.6 %;当仅增加吸排气压力比时,R32与R410A的输入电功率、制冷量、COP均下降,R32的COP值比R410A平均大8.7 %,且随着吸排气压力比的上升差值逐渐减小。
By taking the variable frequency rolling compressor as the research object,the thermodynamic simulation model of the compressor under steady state was established and verified by the measured data.By changing the suction superheat,liquid supercooling and suction-exhaust pressure ratio,the effects of refrigerants R32 and R410A on the electric power,refrigeration capacity and COP of the compressor under variable operating conditions were studied.The results show that when only the inspiratory superheat is increased,the input power of R32 and R410A shows a decline trend.Since the increase of enthalpy difference between the inlet and outlet of evaporator is less than the decrease of mass gas transmission,the cooling capacity also shows a decline trend,and the COP of R32 also decreases somewhat,but the COP of R410A first increases and then decreases,and there is an optimal inspiratory superheat of 4.2 ℃.When the liquid subcooling degree is only increased,it has no significant impact on the input power.The cooling capacity and COP of both R32 and R410A increase,but the change range of R410A is 15.9%,30.6% larger than that of R32.When only the ratio of suction and exhaust pressure is increased,the input power,refrigeration capacity and COP of R32 and R410A all decrease,and the COP of R32 is 8.7% larger than R410A on average,and the difference gradually decreases with the increase of suction and exhaust pressure ratio.
