机械设备环烷酸流动腐蚀作用机制研究

摘要(Abstract):

对碳钢材料多个冲刷角度下的高温环烷酸流动腐蚀进行试验和数值模拟研究,揭示了冲刷角对环烷酸流动腐蚀的影响规律和影响机制。试验证明碳钢材料的腐蚀速率随着冲刷角的增加,先上升后下降再增加,存在极小值和极大值,并发现冲刷角通过改变冲刷强度和传质过程影响环烷酸流动腐蚀性能,腐蚀受表面剪切应力和近壁处湍流强度的共同控制,对石化装置工程设计与腐蚀监控具有一定指导意义。
By conducting the flow-induced corrosion experiments and numerical simulation research of high temperature naphthenic acid under multiple impact angles of carbon steel material,the influencing law and influencing mechanism of impact angle on flow-induced corrosion of naphthenic acid were revealed. Experiments prove that with the increase of the impact angle,the corrosion rate of carbon steel first increased and then decreased and then increased again,there are the maximum and minimum values,and it was found that by changing the scouring intensity and the mass transfer process for the impact angle to influence the naphthenic acid flow-induced corrosion performance,the corrosion was jointly controlled by the surface shear stress and near-wall turbulence intensity,which has certain guiding significance for petrochemical plant engineering design and corrosion monitoring.
