新戊二醇相变蓄能材料部分熔化时步冷试验研究

摘要(Abstract):

由于相变材料都有自身的相变温区,实际的相变过程并非等温的,因此相变材料在应用过程中可能会处于部分熔化状态。本文针对新戊二醇(NPG)进行了3种状态(未熔化状态、部分熔化状态和完全熔化状态)下的步冷试验,试验结果表明NPG降温冷却前所处的状态会影响其相变性能,当其处于部分熔化状态时冷却的过冷度小于其处于完全熔化状态时冷却的过冷度。
Because phase change materials( PCMs) have their own phase change temperature ranges,the actual phase change processes are not fully isothermal,PCMs may be in the partially-melted state during their applications. In this paper,the cooling experiments of neopentyl glycol( NPG) in three different states,which were the not-melted state,the partially-melted state,and the fully-melted state,were conducted. The experimental results show that the state of NPG affects its phase change performance.When NPG is in the partially-melted state,the degree of supercooling is smaller than that when it is in the fully-melted state.
