船用冷却设备的环境适应性研究

摘要(Abstract):

由于船用冷却设备特殊的使用环境,使得其环境适应性问题比较突出。文中分析了机械环境、气候环境及电磁环境等因素对船用冷却设备性能和可靠性的影响,详细讨论了提高冷却设备环境适应性的措施,包括电磁兼容设计、三防设计、加固设计、隔振缓冲设计、弃件和腐蚀裕度设计等,整体提升船用冷却设备的质量及环境适应性。
The vessels cooling equipment's environmental adaptability is more important because of the special environmental condition. The impacts of mechanical environment,climate environment and electromagnetic environment on the performance and reliability of vessels cooling equipment are analyzed. It discusses the design measures in detail,including electromagnetic interference protection design,three-proof design,reinforcing design,vibration isolating and buffering design,abandoned accessory design,corrosion allowance design,the quality and environmental adaptability of cooling equipment are thus improved.
