压缩机环状阀失效严重度多层次评价及应用

摘要(Abstract):

应用模糊数学中的综合评判方法,将失效影响程度分为致命、严重、中等及轻微4个等级对压缩机环状阀失效严重度进行多层次模糊综合评判。实际评判时,将基本故障率、失效对系统的影响及维修性作为因素集,根据结构重要度、专家评分和模糊统计试验得到因素权重系数与评判矩阵。这一方法克服了仅依靠失效概率大小进行评判带来的不足。
Failure of piston compressor's ring valve is influenced by many factors.Failure severity can be divided into fatal,severe,genetic and light applying the theory of fuzzy comprehensive estimation.In actual case the basic fault rate,effect on the reliability of ring valve and the maintainability can be assembled as a factor set,and the weight coefficient and estimation matrix can be attained by the methods of expert point rating and statistical tests.This way can avoid the disadvantage of estimation result which only using the failure probability evaluation.
