高效率空气滤清器过滤性能测试分析研究

摘要(Abstract):

空气滤清器是保护内燃机、燃气动力设备及空气压缩设备正常工作的必要进气处理设备,随着对进气空气洁净度要求的提高,原有的空气滤清器过滤性能测试方法已经不适用于评价高效率空气滤清器的过滤性能。分析了计重法测量空气滤清器过滤效率的局限性,并介绍了采用分粒径计数法测量过滤器效率的相关方法。通过对比分析不同测试方法的测试结果,提出采用计重效率和分粒径计数效率结合的测试方法来对高效率空气滤清器的过滤效率进行评价,以获得对其过滤性能全面而客观的了解。
Air cleaner are the necessary inlet air cleaning equipment for internal combustion engines,gas turbine and air compressors.As the higher and higher requirement for inlet air cleanliness,the current test methods for filtration performance of air cleaners are not fit for evaluating the filtration performance of high efficiency air cleaners.The limitation of arrestance efficiency for testing filtration efficiency of air cleaners was analyzed,and a method of testing filtration efficiency of high efficiency air cleaners was introduced by fractional efficiency by particle size.Through analyzing the testing results from different methods,put forward to adopting the method of conjunction of arrestance efficiency and fractional efficiency by particle size to evaluate the filtration performance of high efficiency air cleaners,which could achieve overall and objective information of filtration performance.
