滚动转子压缩机消声器的改进研究

摘要(Abstract):

对一款滚动转子压缩机的噪声特性进行了分析,并对消声器进行了优化改进:在原消声器基础上增设矩形导流槽、共鸣孔、削峰缓压孔,实验表明新的消声方案有3dB(A)的噪声降幅。
The noise characteristic of a kind of rotary compressor is tested and analyzed,then the compressor muffler is improved.The rectangle honeycomb duct,the resonator and the press-stabilizing groove are added to the existing muffler.It is shown that the new noise control program can reduce the noise 3dB(A).
