双增压器增压系统中压力波动的分析Analyses of Fluctuation of Pressure on High-pressure System of Two Intensifiers

摘要(Abstract):
超高压系统中压力波动的存在,严重影响了"水刀"的切割质量,降低了系统零部件的使用寿命。本文基于单增压器系统压力波动的研究,分析了双增压器系统中的压力波动,并通过MATLAB中的动态仿真工具软件包SIMULINK对其进行仿真。由仿真图可以看出,双增压器超高压系统中的压力波动不但与工作压力、增压比、蓄能器容积、换向时间有关,两增压器之间的延迟时间也是其重要的影响因素。通过对双增压器系统压力波动的分析,为以后双增压器超高压系统的改进设计提供了参考。
Fluctuation of pressure affect the quality of the water jet cutting and impair the running life of accessories.The fluctuation of pressure in the super-high pressure system with two intensifiers are researched based on the results of the super-high pressure system with single intensifier and the model is simulated by the dynamic simulation tool SIMULINK software package of MATLAB.The illustrations reveal that the fluctuation of pressure relate with working pressure、the ratio of water pressure and oil pressure、attenuator、time of commutated and the delay time.The simulation results are available for other research of two intensifiers system.
