电解法处理十三碳二元酸有机废水的研究

摘要(Abstract):

为使十三碳二元酸生产中的有机废水的COD达到排放标准,采用电解法对其进行了处理。测试了钽基金刚石薄膜电极的电势窗口,证实其适合作为处理该有机废水的电极。通过实验考察了电解电压、电解时间、比电极面积、极板间距和pH值对COD降解脱除的影响。结果表明,在本实验条件下较适宜的电解电压为1.6V左右,电解时间7h,比电极面积As取1.6~1.8mm-1,极板间距为5~10mm,原料液的pH值不需往中性调节,此时COD去除率在99%以上。因此,采用钽基金刚石薄膜电极电解处理十三碳二元酸生产中的有机废水是一种很有可行价值的工艺。
To degrade the COD of the wastewater in the process of producing tridecane dicarboxylic acid,the electrochemical oxidation as a treatment technic was adopted.Characters of the boron-doped diamond thin film electrode on Ta substrates were measured,which was proved to be fit as anodic material.The influence of boron-doped diamond thin film electrodes on degradation of organic pollutant under different conditions was studied,and the optimum operating condition was confirmed that cell voltage: about 1.6V,electrolysis time: 7h,specific electrode area(As): 1.6~1.8mm-1,electrode spacing: 5~10 mm and no need to adjust pH of the wastewater to neutrality.As a result,99% theCOD in the wastewater can be degraded.High concentration of sodium sulfate exist in the wastewater,and the anaerobic biochemical process is inhibited,so the electrochemical oxidation is a valuable technic in the organic wastewater treatment.
