待机过程中机械密封镶装静环的蠕变分析

摘要(Abstract):

镶装静环具有增强密封环强度、降低成本的优点,但长期待机过程中镶装静环的蠕变会导致密封失效。本文采用ANSYS软件建立镶装静环的蠕变分析模型,分析了镶装长度、镶装静环座壁厚、镶装过盈量对蠕变后的接触应力和端面变形量的影响,并进行试验验证。结果表明,蠕变后的接触应力随镶装长度的增加而减小,随静环座壁厚、过盈量的增加而增大;蠕变后的端面变形随镶装长度、过盈量的增加而增大,随静环座壁厚的增加而减小。本研究为长期待机的镶装机械密封的设计提供了一定参考。
The inserted stationary ring has the advantages of enhancing the strength of the seal ring and reducing the material,but the creep of the inserted stationary ring during the long standby process will lead to the failure of the seal ring. An analysis model for the creep of the inserted stationary ring was built using the ANSYS software to analyze the effects of the inserted length,wall thickness of the inserted stationary ring seat and magnitude of interference on post-creep contact stress and end face deformation,and the results were verified through tests.The results show that the contact stress after creep decreases with the increase of the inserted length,and increases with the increase of wall thickness and the magnitude of interference of the stationary ring seat;The end face deformation after creep increases with the increase of the inserted length and the magnitude of interference,but decreases with the increase of wall thickness of the stationary ring seat. The present study provides certain reference for the design of the inserted mechanical seal in long standby.
