基于遗传算法的翼型性能优化

摘要(Abstract):

采用Hicks-Hence函数构建翼型,利用FLUENT软件对翼型的气动性能和噪声水平进行计算,并根据均匀设计试验方法,利用偏最小二乘回归法进行数据统计分析,构建多项式响应面模型;以翼型升阻比和噪声水平为目标函数,采用遗传算法对翼型性能进行优化设计,得到优化翼型;将优化翼型与基准翼型的性能进行了对比,结果表明,优化翼型的升阻比提高,噪声水平下降,优化效果明显。
The airfoil profile is described by Hicks-Hence function.The aerodynamic performance and acoustic level of airfoil is simulated by the software FLUENT.Based on the homogeneous design experimental approach,the polynomial response surface model is established by the bias least square regression data statistical analysis.Taking the airfoil lift-drag ratio and acoustic level as goal function,the optimization design of airfoil is applied by genetic algorithm and the optimized airfoil is obtained.Comparing the performance of optimized airfoil and original airfoil,the results show that the lift-drag ratio of optimized airfoil is increased and the acoustic level is decreased.
