高温高压热水循环泵的设计与试验研究Design and Experimental Study of a High Temperature and High Pressure Hot Water Circulation Pump

摘要(Abstract):
通过对高温高压热水循环泵叶片结构的优化和对密封系统和冷却系统的创新设计,研制了一种新型的高温高压热水循环泵,提高了泵的工作效率和汽蚀性能。对该泵的相关水力性能进行试验研究,结果表明:设计工况下的效率高达82%,汽蚀余量为4.5m;且在进口水压p=6.4MPa,温度T=280℃的高温高压的条件下,无热水泄漏,密封使用寿命长(≥20000 h),具有良好的密封效果,有效地解决了传统密封高温高压工况下泄漏严重、使用寿命短的问题。
The blade structure of a high temperature and high pressure hot water circulation pump is developed,the seal system and the cooling system are optimized. Meantime,the pump performance is verified by the experiment. Results show that the pump efficiency reaches 82% and the required net positive suction head is 4. 5m when the pump runs at the design condition. Furthermore,the pump has a good seal capability when the pump runs with a high inlet pressure of 6. 4MPa and a high temperature of280℃ and the life of the seal system reaches more the 20000 h.
