碳氢化合物在复叠式制冷循环中的热力学分析与比较

摘要(Abstract):

碳氢化合物是环境友好的制冷剂,其中可用于制取低温的有R170(乙烷)和R1150(乙烯)等,而R290(丙烷)和R1270(丙烯)可以用作高温级制冷剂。通过热力学理论计算,得到了-80~-60℃蒸发温度下采用这些碳氢化合物组合的复叠式制冷循环的最大COP值,以及COP的变化规律,并与R22/R23作为制冷剂的复叠式制冷循环进行了对比;发现了其中R290/R170和R1270/R170与R22/R23性能接近;可以作为复叠式制冷循环的替代制冷剂。
Hydrocarbon mixtures are environmental benign refrigerants,R170(ethane) and R1150(ethene) can be used obtained low temperature,and R290(propane) and R1270(propylene) is used to be refrigerant of high temperature stage.The COP variation trends and its maximum COP of the cascade refrigeration cycle adopted hydrocarbon mixtures under different evaporation temperature from-80℃ to-60℃ are obtained through theoretical thermodynamic calculation.Comparing to the cascade refrigeration cycle using R22/R23 under the same conditions,the performance of R290/R170 and R1270/R170 are in according with that of the R22/R23.So the R290/R170 and the R1270/R170 can be used as the substituting refrigerants in cascade refrigeration cycle.
