离心泵轴向力测试系统的设计

摘要(Abstract):

离心泵轴向力是影响设备安全运行的重要因素,准确测试其轴向力对泵组安全管理运行及故障诊断具有重要的意义.为实现泵组轴向力的精确测量,本文设计了轴向力测试系统,采用正交试验和有限元分析方法得到了内置式轴向力测试弹性元件最优结构,结合SRSS3-1应力在线检测仪设计了测试电路系统和标定装置,并进行了静态标定及误差分析,得到了F-ε标定曲线,同时测试了多台离心泵在变工况下的轴向力,证明了该测试系统具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,表明本文具有较高的经济使用价值和理论意义,为工程机械的轴向力测量及研究提供了参考。
The axial force of centrifugal pump is the key factor for pumps running safety and reliability.The axial force test is of great significance for pump system's management and fault diagnosis.In order to measure the axial force of multistage centrifugal pump,a axial force testing system was designed.The optimal structure of elastic element was studied by orthogonal test and the finite element analysis method.Combined with the SRSS3-1 stress on-line detecting instrument,the circuit system and the calibration device of axial force was designed.The static calibration experiment and error analysis was carried out,and the F-ε epsilon calibration curve was obtained.Besides,the axial force test system was validated by testing the axial force of several multiple centrifugal pumps.The results shows that the system has high reliability and stability.The paper has high economic value and theoretical significance,which provides a reference for measurement and research of the axial force of engineering machinery.
