Numerical Simulation of Heat Exchanger with Direct-Expansion for Complex Circuiting

摘要(Abstract):

建立了适用于具有各种复杂管路的套片管直接蒸发式空气表面冷却器的数学模型,提出了能够描述不同管组连接方式的管组连接矩阵组,编制了通用计算FORTRAN程序。利用该程序分别对五种不同管组连接方式的表冷器进行了模拟计算,数值计算与试验结果吻合较好。
A numerical simulation model of beat exchanger with direct-expansion is presented. It can be used for any complex eireuiting. In order to describe the sequence of tube connection, a series of metrixes are specified. According to this model, an effective computer program writed with standard FORTRAN 77 is set up. Five beat exchangers, which have different complex circuiting, were simulated to provide tests of the model. The numerical calculation results are good coincide with the expriments.
