混流泵开机过程瞬态水力性能的数值计算

摘要(Abstract):

对两台不同大小的混流泵开机过程的瞬态水力特性进行了数值计算 ,通过建立基于混流泵内特性的瞬态水力性能解析方程并与瞬态条件下的管路特性方程联立进行数值求解 ,获得混流泵开机瞬态水力性能的计算结果。将两台混流泵的数值计算结果与对应试验结果进行了比较 ,计算结果与试验结果能较好吻合 ,说明该数值计算模型能够较好的应用于开机过程混流泵瞬态水力性能的预测。
Transient hydrodynamic performance of a mixed flow pump during starting period was investigated computationally. Analysis of the pump starting was made on the basis of internal characteristic of pump and one-dimensional equations of unsteady flow in pipeline. Two different mixed flow pumps were computed and tested. The results of the analysis were almost the same as those obtained from the experiments. It is indicated that the computation model was propitious to forecast the transient hydrodynamic performance of mixed flow pump during starting period.
