空调室外机气动与声学特性的研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用CFD模拟方法对空调室外机风道系统进行了模拟计算。根据计算结果分析了室外机风道系统的流场,比较了不同声源下的噪声频谱,从而得出不同声源对噪声的影响。同时,对中隔板的孔和缝隙上的噪声进行了分析,提出了降低噪声的方法。将整个室外机的噪声频谱与室外机振动模态频率进行比较,找出共振区域,为室外机噪声的降低提供了参考。
The method of CFD was used to simulate air conditioning outdoor unit air duct system.The flow field of the outdoor unit air duct system was analyzed according to the results and compares noise spectrums in different sound sources.Then the effects on noise caused by different sound sources were obtained.At the same time,noise of holes and slits in separator was analyzed and methods of reducing noise was put forward.Comparing the noise spectrum of the entire outdoor unit and the outdoor unit vibration mode frequency,the resonance region was identified.It provides reference to reduce noise of the outdoor unit.
