离心溶剂萃取法提取盐湖卤水中高纯氯化锂的研究Research on Large-scale Preparation of High-Purity Lithium Chloride from Saline Lake Brine by Centrifugal Solvent Extraction

摘要(Abstract):
为从盐分复杂、高镁锂比的盐湖卤水中提取锂元素,并规模化制备高纯氯化锂,采用离心溶剂萃取法,制定了从原料到产品的整个工艺路线。通过对盐湖卤水进行除硼、调pH值等前处理后,用离心溶剂萃取法,经大流量离心萃取机多级串联逆流形成的萃取、洗涤、反萃、皂化、除铁等单元,再经除油脱色、蒸发结晶、分离、干燥单元,最终获得99.5%纯度无水氯化锂产品。
The entire process route from raw stock to product was proposed for extraction of lithium element from the saline lake brine with complicated components and high Mg/Li ratio and large-scale preparation of high-purity lithium chloride using the centrifugal solvent extraction method. After the pre-treatments such as boron removal and the pH value regulation of the saline lake brine,and through the units of extraction,washing and back extraction,saponification,iron removal etc. in large flow centrifugal extractors in series using the method of centrifugal solvent extraction,then through the units of oil removal and decoloration, evaporative crystallization,separation and drying,the lithium chloride product with a purity of 99.5% was finally obtained.
