摘要(Abstract):
搭建了蒸发式冷凝器制冷系统试验平台,对制冷系统能耗进行试验研究。通过试验对蒸发式冷凝器制冷系统能耗进行单因素分析,这些单因素包括外围环境空气的温度、相对湿度、含湿量以及焓值,得出蒸发式冷凝器制冷系统能耗的变化规律。同时利用试验数据,对蒸发式冷凝器制冷系统能耗进行双因素分析,采用线性、二次和三次曲面拟合制冷系统能耗关于空气干球温度和相对湿度的函数。拟合和验证结果表明,二次曲面拟合结果最好。
Based on the experimental platform of evaporative condenser cooling system,experimental study of single factor on the energy consumption of evaporative condenser cooling system was done.These factors include the temperature,relative humidity,moisture content and the enthalpy of external environment air.The variation law of the energy consumption of the single factor and was researched.Resorting to the test data,linear,quadratic and cubic fitting surfaces were used to get the function of energy consumption ratio with two variables,dry bulb temperature and relative humidity.The fitting and validation results shows that the quadratic surface approaches the real data best among the three manners.
