300MW轴流式核主泵模型内流测量方案探讨

摘要(Abstract):

核主泵是压水型反应堆核电站中的核心设备之一。开展核主泵内部流场的实验研究,对泵水力部件优化设计、提高泵的性能、增强泵运行稳定性等有至关重要的作用。为充分认识其内部流动的真实结构,拟采用目前较先进的非接触式光学流场测量仪器粒子图像速度场仪(PIV)对泵内流场进行测量。针对300MW轴流式核主泵模型,设计了内流测量实验台,提出高温超高压系统的生成办法;认为运用进口窗和出口窗两种测量方案,可以实现包括叶轮、导叶、叶轮与导叶间隙等在内的全流道三维速度测量;给出窗口开设位置的确定方法,并提出解决叶片相互遮挡及测量同步性保证的方案。为进行模型泵的实验研究提供参考。
The nuclear reactor coolant pump(RCP)is one of the core equipments in PWR Nuclear Power Plant.Experimental research on internal flow in RCP plays a great important part in hydraulic optimizing design,pump performance and operating stability.In order to realize the practical flow structure in the pump,Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV)is used as the measuring device.Based on a 300MW axial-flow RCP model,a measurement test rig with high temperature and ultra-high pressure is designed.Two test schemes,inlet-window and outlet-widow,are proposed.3D velocity measurement method in whole flow passage is introduced,including that in impeller,guide vanes and clearance between them.Window positions have been confirmed.Blades overlapping and synchronization measurement solutions are also given.It is helpful for the future experiments of the model pump.
