合成气压缩机透平振动失稳的成因与在线调优
Vibration Instability Causes of Synthesis Gas Compressor Turbine and Operating Optimization

摘要(Abstract):

利用故障诊断技术分析了合成气压缩机透平振动失稳的成因,论述了透平在连续运行的工况下调整与优化措施,总结了透平的检修经验。认为透平在振动失稳的前提下,保持连续运行是可能的。要想避免透平的二次损坏,优化操作至关重要。
The vibration instability causes of synthesis gas compressor turbine are analyzed by the trouble diagnosis technology.The operating optimization experiences are discussed in the turbine running situation.The maintenance process is summarized.It is possible to maintain the turbine running in the vibration instability and it is essential to enforcement optimization measure to prevent from turbine damaged again.
