旋风分离器料腿-翼阀系统排料特性的试验分析

摘要(Abstract):

在高6 m、直径160 mm的料腿-翼阀系统试验装置上,以FCC催化剂为固体颗粒物料,改变负压差和颗粒质量流率条件,采用压力传感器并结合试验现象监测记录,研究了料腿-翼阀系统的排料特性。试验结果表明:料腿内的静压力随料腿内轴向高度位置的增加而减小;料腿内的料封高度随颗粒质量流率的增大而减小,随负压差的增大而增大;负压差增大时,翼阀阀板的开启角度增大;颗粒质量流率的增大,使阀板开启角呈增大的趋势,同时阀板处的排料周期减小。通过对翼阀阀板的受力情况进行综合分析,得出了阀板开-关状态的判据。
On the test device of a cyclone dipleg-trickle valve system of 6 m height and 0.16 m diameter,with FCC catalyst as the solid particles,the discharge characteristics of the cyclone dipleg-trickle valve system were studied by changing the negative pressure gradient and mass flow rate of the particles and by using pressure sensors and in combination with monitoring records of test phenomena.The test results show that the static pressure in the dipleg decreases with the increase of axial height position;The sealing height of material in the dipleg decreases with the increase of particle mass flow rate,and increases with the increase of negative pressure;When the negative pressure increases,the opening angle of the trickle valve increases;The increase of particle mass flow rate makes the opening angle of the valve plate show an increasing trend,at the same time,the discharging cycle at the valve plate decreases.Through comprehensive analysis of the stress on the trickle valve plate,the criterion of valve plate on-off state was obtained.
