摘要(Abstract):

介绍了小型制冷机低温泵的特点、抽气机理和蒙特卡洛方法在小型制冷机低温泵设计中的应用 ,详细讨论了低温泵的结构与二级冷阵传输系数的关系 ,给出了低温泵结构优化设计的一种方法。
On the characteristic of small refrigeration type cryogenic pump, its pumping mechanism and the application of Monter Carto Method in the design of it was analyzed. The relationship between the stucture of cryogenic pump and the transmission coefficent of the second stage refrigeration plate was discussed in detail. An optimization design method for the cryogenic pump has been provided in the paper.
